Public Offer. General Provisions

1.1. Individual Entrepreneur KATSEVA IRINA SERGEEVNA, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, whose registration record in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs has been issued, hereby publishes this offer to conclude an agreement, the terms of which are set out below (hereinafter — the “Agreement”).
1.2. In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, upon acceptance of the terms set out below and payment of the fee, any legal or natural person that meets the requirements specified in Clause 1.3 of the Agreement and accepts this offer shall become the “Customer”. Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, acceptance of this offer is deemed equivalent to the conclusion of the Agreement under the terms stated herein.
1.3. Only a natural person may act as the Customer.
1.4. Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement (acceptance of the offer) shall be deemed the Customer’s performance of the following action:
payment of funds as consideration.
1.5. By accepting the Agreement in the manner provided for in Clause 1.4, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, agree with, and fully and unconditionally accept all terms of the Agreement as set out in its text.
1.6. The Customer agrees that acceptance of the Agreement in the manner specified in Clause 1.4 constitutes the conclusion of the Agreement under the terms set forth herein.
1.7. The Agreement enters into force from the moment it is published on the Internet at https://maxmia.ru and remains valid until revoked by the Contractor.
2. Subject of the Agreement2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of services granting access to a private Telegram channel.
3. Payment3.1. The cost under the Agreement is determined in accordance with the current prices indicated at https://maxmia.ru/.
3.2. The available payment methods are specified at the time of payment.
4. Special Conditions and Liability of the Parties4.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for failure to fulfill the terms of the Agreement if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: acts of governmental authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, riots, or any other circumstances that may affect the Contractor’s ability to perform the Agreement.
5. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection5.1. Information provided by the Customer is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties except in cases expressly required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. By entering into this Agreement, the Customer, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, consents to the processing, storage, and other use of personal data contained in documents and other information submitted to the Contractor for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement.
5.3. The Customer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information they provide.
6. Claims and Dispute Resolution Procedure6.1. Customer claims shall be accepted by the Contractor for review within three (3) months from the date of the disputed situation.
6.2. In the event of disagreements or disputes, the Contractor and the Customer shall use a pre-trial dispute resolution procedure. If settlement is not achieved, either party may apply to a court of law.
7. Miscellaneous7.1. The Customer possesses all rights and legal capacity necessary to enter into and perform this Agreement.
7.2. The Contractor reserves the right to amend or supplement any of the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing all changes on its website.
7.3. For all matters not regulated by this Agreement, the Parties shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.4. If any provision of this Agreement or its rules is declared invalid by a court, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
